When you want to elevate your track, these are the best.Nov 14, 2010
By Keith R. Douglas In the last 6 months, we have purchased $400-500 in USED Thomas the Train table, track, engines, cars and accessories from consignment shops. As you may know, Brio, Melissa & Doug, and proprietary brands (like Target) also sell track that is the same gauge as the "Wooden Railway" Thomas and Friends. I had hoped with all the used equipment not to have to go retail with any purchases, but these elevations are so worth it. They are stable, durable, easily adjusted (height) and fit the track perfectly. Down-graded durability for paper covered sections - other than that, if you want to elevate your wooden railway track, these are highly recommended. BTW: The other helpful product I purchased at full retail was: (3) Suretrack locking system for Wooden Rail Toys ** THREE PACKS ** includes BONUS (2) Thomas Stickers! This SureTrack system helps keep the track locked together so that it does not have to be reset when your two/three year-old pushes the trains around.

Track RisersOct 06, 2010

This is a better style of Riser for the Thomas Wooden Railways series. I have purchased several of these and the only downfall with this and Most wooden railways items is the price.
Much needed for our Thomas the train trackFeb 01, 2012
By K. Cook This is a must have to build a fun layout for my son's Thomas the train set. We used this for an elevated portion we wanted for his layout. They work as expected, and are good quality. Easy to use also.

Not toddler friendlyApr 28, 2012
By K. Walsh I bought these track risers based on previous reviews. I cannot get them to support a track and train to save my life. It may be operator error, but they are incredibly upsetting to my almost three year old son who doesn't understand why the bridge keeps collapsing.
