Great toy for all train loversSep 14, 2011

My autistic godchild loves trains. In fact he has almost every Thomas train friend for his set that's possible. However up until recently he didn't have the Diesel toy. I was a little worried about how loud the train would be, but I am very pleased to say that it was surprisingly soft spoken. Most toys now days you almost need ear plugs for. I recommend this toy to any Thomas fan out there.

This is another great addition to the Thomas the Train sets. My son loves Diesel in Misty Island and enjoys re-enacting moments from the movie with this toy. It's well made and says several phrases. My son has gotten lots of use out of this engine.

I bought this wooden train to add to my son's wooden Thomas & friends set. He just loves it and that fact that Diesel talks. A wonderful addition to any future conductor's set.

My boys are afraid of this character. Not so much in this form. They like that he lights up and makes noise, as most preschoolers do.

Talking Diesel is one of my son's favorites. He says "trembling tracks!" and "I've got an important job to do." Sounds just like the character in the videos.
