Impossible to unpack, ended in tearsAug 31, 2009

This toy was so well packaged that it took two of us twenty minutes to unwrap it, causing frustration for adults and child alike, and then managed to break it, leading to even more mayhem. There are about ten separate pieces, each of which has those awful wire ties that are not only twisted on the back, but also tied in knots, needing garage tools to get them out. The rest of the toy looked OK, but with all the torment for our toddler, we just put it away and wished we'd never bought it.
