I was very upset when I received the sock monkey I ordered as it had a hole in the back end of it and was the wrong color. I would have sent it back but my niece had saw it when it was open and trying to pry it from her arms was not a task I wanted to take on. Let alone send it back and wait for a new one to come in. She is far to young to understand that a new monkey is on its way. I first wrote a harsh review because the monkey had a rip in it. But the owner emailed me and was more then willing to assit me with the problem. She seemed extremely kind and willing to help me with this unfortunate situation. So I would have to say even though the product was faulty the costomer service is excellent and I have no doubt that this incident was a fluke.

my 5 month old granddaughter loves this monkey. it is easy for her to hold on to and bites it face because she is cutting teeth.
