Costs too much for what you getNov 15, 2011

I bought this because my 18 month old loves to bang things. So, I assumed she would enjoy this toy. Not AT ALL. She is not bored easily and she will not play with this toy. All you do is bang the worm and another one pops up. I suppose I should have read that it does not make sound of any sort...cause it doesn't. Also, there is no place on the toy to place the mallet, so you can use it easily. I think this toy is too expensive for what you are actually getting. I would look elsewhere for a cause and effect toy!
