Running track underneath the bridgeNov 03, 2011
By Miles J. Helm
"Miles"
I read a really helpful review by JudiAU and just wanted to add something that I couldn't tell from that review. It works (just barely) to run a track underneath the large arch. Thomas the train pieces will just barely fit. If the track moves off-center a little bit, the trains will hit it.
One more thing which you can't tell from the picture is that the male connectors on each piece are carved out of the same wood. They are integral to the larger piece, not a screwed in nob.
It's really a lovely piece and I like that there are no stickers on it. The wood is pretty. Most of our other track is from Nuchi and is very plain in that it doesn't have the subtle railroad tie, gravel impression on the Thomas tracks. Like the Nuchi, this track has no design on it.

Durable, Nicely Designed BridgeMay 03, 2011
By JudiAU Nicely designed, solid wood bridge for train tracks. Integrates with Plan Toys and pretty much everything else. Makes a very solid, easy to play with bridge vs. the bridges on supports. Very popular with my almost two year old because she doesn't need fine motor skills to play with it. Good value. Our other favorite bridges are from Maple Landmark.
