Love this toyDec 29, 2007
By Jennifer Towler Santa brought this for my 3-year old son for Christmas. It's very durable, has a cool modern look and its NOT plastic! It's very sturdy and easy to use- my son figured out the elevator easily. It was quick to assemble, and has great details, like the gas station. The car wash, ticket booth and other included items can go in loads of different places (I loved that it's very open ended, no "right" spot to put things). All our matchbox cars are just the right size too. We've played with this a lot so far and it's lots of fun for kids and adults. We plan to add on the signs, trees, and more vehicles, plus more of the PlanCity line.

Gas StationMar 11, 2008
By J. Hess My 2 grandsons really like playing with the gas station. Their match box cars work with the car wash.

My son loves it, but it was falling apart as soon as we opened the boxJan 14, 2009

My son is obsessed with cars, and gassing them up and getting car washes, so this toy seemed like a no-brainer. However, as soon as we opened the box, a piece of the toy fell off. The product was clearly warped, but my son had seen it (Christmas gift) so there was no sending it back. My suggestion: buy it at a bricks-and-mortar store and make sure it's in good condition. Otherwise a great and fun toy.

The best toy for my 3 year oldFeb 02, 2012
By Mom to 3 kids My son who just turned 4 loves this toy as does my 2 year old son. They play with the tanker truck separately and with the car wash part quite a bit. They say the car wash is the best part of the toy, but for me it is the manageable size and the Eco-friendly wood construction. Love plan toys. FYI... The glue holding the plastic roof on didn't hold and I had to rev he it. Not a big deal if you have some elmers glue handy, but I suppose it could be a problem for some.
Okay toyApr 23, 2012
By Caroline Kren Toy is fun, but not the most durable thing in the world. The part of the gas station that screws in keeps needing to be tightened.
