Bigger and Better than we expectedMar 10, 2011
By TaderDoodles (L. Baldwin) We purchased 9 of the puppets and the puppet theater for our kids this past Christmas and have not regretting it for one second! These puppets were bigger than we expected and the quality was GREAT! The girls LOVE them!

cute beginner puppetDec 26, 2011
By Bookey This lion was very cute. The puppet would be best suited for a child around ages 4-8, it is a little small and difficult for larger hands to operate the mouth. It is a good value for a child in that age range - any older and it is not large enough.

By ruth askew We are using Rory the Lion in our church services with a Lamb. Even the adults like the little puppet shows.

By Roxane E. Zach I got the puppet theater and puppets for my grandchildren. Two Sets. Both play with it and are always giving shows to friends and family. I highly recommendMelissa & Doug Deluxe Puppet Theater

Suitable for older childrenFeb 26, 2010
By Angela Shumpert My 8-year-old son (autistic) loves this puppet. He plays with it for hours. The only things are that we took out the rod because he plays rough and the mouth is really short so that there isn't much room to manipulate with his long fingers. Also, we'll probably have to sew it together in a couple of months beacause of my son's rough play. I wish they made the arms bigger and hollow so that he could move them with his own. However, we knew how the puppet was made so we're satisfied with what we bought.
