Great funMar 12, 2011
By sp I first bought a Melisa and Doug Abbey and Emma for my grandaughter for Christmas.Everyone had such a great time playing this with her. They had paper dolls when a was a little girl and they did'nt have any thing like this when my daughter was young. This is i very durable product, colorful and fun. My grandaughter is 2 and she will be able to enjoy this for years to come. This Julia set is my second purchase, one stays at my house and one goes to my grandaughters house. Thats how much she loves this.

Great toyOct 31, 2011
By DanGud We bought this for my daughter to go along with Jack for my son. They are great toys--my only complaint is that the box has no lid to hold it all in.

Could have been 5 stars overall if..........Feb 27, 2011

This toy easily has the potential to be FIVE stars, but does not earn them in its present state. 1. NO BOX LID - to preserve sanity and toy enjoyment, the many pieces need to kept together. (My solution was to put the toy in a clear plastic, deep-pocket, legal size envelope that has a string closure on the narrow edge.) 2) Some pieces like hats or face masks do not have enough magnetism. They won't stay in the correct place and their weight pushes other garment and shoe pieces out of place. 3) Clothing between one doll and another is NOT interchaneable. Thus, one doll can't visit another and swap clothes due to different body positions. Sharing would be better promoted if the dolls could swap clothing in a play visit. Some of the positives I find in the toy are the usefulness of the toy for independent play and for playing with others of any age. It stimulates matching skills, imagination, story-telling, and fun. Altogether, I have bought four of these magnetic dolls and would likely buy more if the above problems were corrected.

By DottieLou Brems-Yeates I bought several of these for my Grandkids. They enjoy mixing up the pieces and making silly outfits. They are great little play items for church.
Great for all agesDec 20, 2011
By La Rubia I have four children ages 2-6 and all of them love these and can play together. We now own all of them. Love that there are boy characters as well. The magnets hold well, so kids can move the dolls around and they don't fall off. We keep ours stacked one on top of the other for storage, which works fine. But, I agree that it would be nicer to have some type of lid so that they would be more portable.
