Great toy with many games to play!Aug 20, 2011

Building blocks has always been an excellent visual-spatial skill for children. Now that Melissa and Doug have a stacking game building blocks has never been more fun filled and packed with many other developmental skills. I use this product for my 4 year old clients to rehearse exploration in play; the "what if" we stacked is fun using these various shaped blocks. Following directions, sorting, turn taking, and exploration have been of great value using this product. I do recommend purchasing this product! It can be age appropriate for many years with a child.

I bought this for my nephew so we would have something to play with him. This set has multiple games, all of which challenge players to figure out how to stack shapes. There are some really oddball shapes here, so it isn't a simple task. Many laughs all around.
