This product works wonderfully. I have done tiny puzzles and huge puzzles on it. While working the huge puzzles it is hard to express in words how nice it is to be able to roll it up and stow it to save space. The only thing i would improve are the hardiness of the hook and loop straps. Also if you are doing a large puzzle it i would also recommend laying tinfoil and a length of cloth to cover the puzzle before rolling it up. It helps keep the pieces in place while rolling it.

I was worried about ordering a roll-up puzzle mat since I heard it was cheaply made and didn't work well, but I really needed some way to easily store away my puzzle in a compact manner, so I decided to give it a try. Yes, the product is cheaply made since it's just a large piece of felt, and a 3 piece telescope tube with some velcro straps, but hey, it actually works and does it's job without causing me any frustration.
The mat is very big and can fit up to 3000 pieces, which is very nice. The purple background allows for colors to stand out more. I've also heard people complain that they cannot slide their pieces across the felt, but on mine, i can slide the pieces around perfectly. When I roll up and unroll my puzzles, all the pieces are perfectly in tact as well.
The only problems I had with the roll-up mat were that it was very wrinkly when I took it out, but that was easily solved by ironing it, and the fact that the telescoping tube is in 3 different pieces, so it can slide apart when it is not strapped. Other than that, it is a very useful and easy-to-use product.

We recently purchased a 3000-piece puzzle from Amazon [...] and a few days laters we purchased this roll-up which according to the description would perfectly work with the puzzle. That is utterly false. The pieces fall from the edges of the mat, almost 2 piece lines from each edge. Plus, the quality of the product is subpar to be polite. It might not be a problem when dealing with smaller puzzles, but we feel like cheated.

That is impossible to fit 3000 piece puzzle @ Jumbo Roll-Up. I waist my time and my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really wish get my money back.
