I recall having Lincoln Logs in my youth (back in the 80s) but they were a hand me down from an older sibling. I bought these for my own children and they seem to be just as good as the "original". The wooden case is quite nice for keeping everything organized and you can construct all three houses displayed on the case (the cardboard enclosure/packaging) with the contents.

When receiving this Lincoln Logs Collector's Edition I was most impressed. The Case is beautiful and should last a lifetime. The logs are very durable. This was a gift for my nephew's son; however my grown nephew enjoyed it as much as his son;great opportunity for bonding and learning! It arrived right away and was securely packed. Would highly recommend this collection.

This Lincoln Log set was as advertised (including being a little pricey). They also stated it was for ages 3+ which we have learned may be just a little too young, even for a bright, industrious 3yr old. Other than that, it is a fine toy set.

Great toy and has been forever! Grandkids love it, but this box looked like a great way o store them but is actually quite heavy for a little one.
