i really didn't want to get intot he Hero Factory lline by lego. i was happy building the models like the LEGO Shuttle Expedition 10231 but i got into it with the LEGO Toy Story Construct a Buzz (7592) and was drawn into it with the Super Hero line. i searched hero factory and found a lot of cool sts and ordered most.
this one is the coolest. although i might say LEGO® Hero Factory WITCH DOCTOR 2283 is a VERY close second (if not the best) there is a great deal of detailing in both sets, but the color of Black Phantom is what got me...the red and black.
this one and the witch doctor are bigger then the regular heros, standing about 12" tall. there are more parts then the regular sized one s too making making them a lot more fun.
i am really loving this line and highly recomend it. get them before the price goes up, and compare with Lego.com on pricing. they are cheaper over there

My 8 year old loves this Hero Factory. He builds it , takes it apart, and uses other parts/pieces to build bigger Bionicles. Thank you!

Pros:
+Pretty big once complete
+Awesome color scheme (burgundy, black, gun-metal, neon green)
+Fair amount of accessories (sword, mace, gun bug thing, claw shoulder arms)
Cons:
-Trickier to put together for younger kids
-Price (though it's fair for the amount of pieces and size of the finished product)
-His heels are...uh...spheres?
-The gun bug thing doesn't hold the neon green sphere very well
