LEGO BioniclesDec 29, 2009

Our 6 year old Grandson absolutely loves all LEGO building sets, but in particular Bionicles. As an observer, these hold up much better than the building sets with tiny figures and pieces. They do fall apart when in battle, but he enjoys them enough to put them back together again each time. And all LEGO sets have educational value if the child follows the directions and puts them together.

Another great-looking Bionicle!Feb 17, 2009
By Amy Phipps My 7 year old Bionicle fan received Malum for his birthday, and thought he was really cool. What Bionicle isn't? Pretty standard Bionicle construction with mostly pieces we've seen before (other than the weapons, which I think are new for 2009).
Pros: Great red and yellow color scheme with many bi-color pieces Really sturdy construction... way less tippy than many of our older guys Two cool fire claws, and a great shooting weapon that works easily & well
Cons: Shooter only comes with one round of ammo. I can foresee constant pleas for help finding it and tears when I can't.
Xmas giftJan 19, 2011
By VII Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old nephew. He loved it more than the games he got for his Nintendo DS. After he got it out of the box it was assembled in no time and ready to play with.
my favorite GlatorianDec 08, 2010
By Christian Schneider This is, overall, my favorite Glatorian, and my 2nd favorite Bionicle of all time. He is pretty complex, being a short guy. His gold body makes him valuable in the MoC'ing department, and his claws are REALLY cool + functioanable. On the story side, Malum was an exiled Glatorian for the Fire tribe, exiled for killing another Glatorian, maaking him the bad*ss of the Glatorian. I left my Malum at a friend"s house and now I don't have him :(...
