This toy is Ok. I thought our son would love it because he loves Ben 10 and he loves lego. It is easy to build (for a 6 year old) and seems quite durable. Unfortunately, it just sits in the toy box at our house.

Lego, which I love, is always overpriced. So it's especially disappointing when you get a big box with an incredibly tiny number of parts, and none of them are even interchangable with other lego sets. This is lego-in-name only. It's markets to kids who will buy anything with Ben 10 on it. So they love it for that. But they quickly lose the custom parts and you can't replace them from other lego sets so withing day's it is just more anonymous plastic junk filling your drawers. A huge disappointment for parents who want to kindle a love of lego in their kids. but 5 year olds like it and the over sized joints are easy to assemble for little fingers. A waste of time for an 8 year old.

I got this for my 7 year old son. He loves it. He shares with his little brother that's 4. They both enjoy all of the Ben 10 guys they have. They play well together and also include middle sister. They like to put the different Aliens together and mix them up. They have all of the Ben 10 guys- any time we can't find them in the store we go to Amazon and always find them and wait with excitement until they arrive-quickly. Great!

I had no idea what Ben Ten was when I called my friend for ideas for her sons birthday. She gave me a few ideas and looking at these they are so great for boys to learn to use their imagination as well as go with the shows theme. I thought it was overall a good choice and after hearing my thank you call, I knew this was the best idea.
