A great first puzzleMar 05, 2008

My 20 month old loves this puzzle and figured it out right away. My 3.5 year old also plays with it, but it is more suitable for a younger child.
The pieces have been thrown, rolled, and bitten and is virtually indestructible.
You must supervise your young ones because the 'chimney' piece is small and poses a choking hazard.
Well worth the $7+ and I'm considering buying the other puzzles in this series...

I bought this for my 3 yr-old grandson. He loves trains and he loves this puzzle. It is really durable except when you have a dog that chews wood. The first time he played with it he left it on the floor for a minute and my dog chewed one of the round wood circles. After that he didn't like to use that piece, but still loves the puzzle. Everytime I try to put that piece back in my grandson throws it out. He is learning different shapes when we do play with it because he does need help putting it together.
