Does Not Glow! :-(Oct 13, 2012

My 4 year old son is a HUGE an of Geomag and was super thrilled with the description of glow in the dark rods. However, when we opened the box, the rods did not glow! Even after laving them out in the sun for a while (to charge the glow), nothing changed...they rods just look a pale / dirty white.
Very disappointing! I don't recommend this product as you pay a premium for the glow in the dark feature, which doesn't work. And even after writing in and asking for a refund, I have not heard back from any of the seller, Amazon or even Geomag. Bad product and poor service.
