Battery operated screw driver for erector sets...Oct 18, 2010
By K. Mosmen This does it's job well and actually has a clutch to prevent binding during tightening. It's cool for the kids to use but it's not overly fast and more of a gimmick. But it teaches them how to use tools!

I agree,it is a little slow,but it works good.Jun 18, 2011
By A.J. "Flyboy" Jones If you like Erector, this is a commen tool you will need. If you want to get something real tight ,you will need a small needle-nose plier because you won't able to hold the nut with your fingers. You can get it real cheap at a hardware store or here at Amazon.com. The tool they give you in most Erector sets isn't long enough for some cases. If you have a problem with the scroos this is the thing you will need.

A little slow but it gets the job doneJan 09, 2011
By Fab4Fan My son tells me that the Erector Power tool is slow and needs a magnetic tip to keep the screws temporarily attached, but that it gets the job done. We purchased it to make sure that he was using a tool whose three bits fit the screws, and it does. It's a little pricey though. I think $15 would have been far more reasonable for a hard plastic drill.

Perfect for that little engineer.Dec 13, 2010
By Sangediver Got this for my nephew for Christmas this year. While opening it to put batteries in, I couldn't resist playing a tad with it, I loved Erector things as a kid. Anyway, it seemed well built and exactly what it claims to be. I'm sure my nephew will love it and the accompanying Erector set.
Erector power toolDec 30, 2011
By rrh Item was purchased as a gift for my Grandson. Although it worked OK. Was not much use with many of the designs, since it could not reach into tight spaces. He ended up using a wrench more.Basically a waste of money.
