My daughter had received a bank like from a friend for her birthday when she was younger and her brother who is autistic accidentally broke the wheel off, we were thrilled to be able to replace it for her for a reasonable price.

I bought this tin bank for a young fan (son of a friend) for his birthday and he loves putting in change and whatever dollar notes that he can find around the house! Bought this for him in December 2009 and its still in his possession (July 2011), so I guess that answers the durability question.

Gave it to my son for his curious george room. He not only put money inside but also played with it. Perfect gift for a child. Just hide the small keys of course.

This metal bank is perfect. My boys love it. We set change on top of the bank and the boys put it in. Very durable. Have had the first one for 5 years now. Purchased a second for his baby brother.
