Another Learning Curve TrainJul 04, 2011

I'm a big fan of Learning Curve, and I was happy to find out that the Chuggington train series is compatible with the Take Along tracks & station sets (which have been renamed as Take N Play) because I did not want more train tracks in the house, but my son loves Chuggington as much as Thomas & friends, so I decided to use the new trains as part of a reward system.
Unfortunately, these trains are not magnetic like the Thomas trains, but connect with little plastic fittings; I do not recommend getting these trains for kids who are still putting things in their mouths. Other than the way they connect to one another, they are built exactly like the Thomas Take Along trains -- same size, metal & paint.
I also recommend getting the Chuggington Die-Cast Wilson Carry Case, which has 17 slots.

my son loves loves loves it!Jul 06, 2010
By J.Walter Well made. These trains can connect any which way (front-to-front, back-to-back, front-to-back) which my son loves. He's had them for a few days and hasn't stopped playing with them. They don't seem to fit on the Thomas/Brio tracks correctly?

I am SHOCKED at how overpriced these items are .. you can buy these same CHUGGINGTON toys from Toys-R-Us for $6.99 each
Great!Jan 09, 2012
By tiggity My 2 year old son loves Chuggington, good quality and he plays with it for hours. The connector is unique and easy to snap together even for my son's age.
Awesome Brewster!Oct 07, 2010

I ordered this toy for my son who LOVES trains. This toy is very durable. It's not flimsy or fragile. He's already dropped it a few times and it's still in tact. The first day he got this toy he wouldn't let it go. He played with it all day and every moment was exciting for him. The colors on Brewster are bright and eye catching. The details are pretty realistic. The only dislike I have is that this train isnt compatible with wooden train tracks. I have a Circo train set that is compatible with Thomas the Trains but Chuggington trains arent compatible. My son seems to make it work though. He has an amazing imagination. Great toy!! I'd definately recommend this toy
