I really couldn't be more unhappy with this product. I could take an ordinary flash light and shine it through a piece of cardboard with star-shaped cutouts and get the same results. Don't waste your money on this over priced piece of junk. It does change colors and it plays very quiet music, but the stars DO NOT move on the walls or ceiling. The little stuffed toy does not stay attatched so it just falls off. Why even bother? We used a projector for my older daughter when she was little and I was very satisfied with it because it rotated, played music and sounds, and projected different things. This only projects stationary stars.

I ordered it for my 2 month old daughter. The stars don't move on the walls or ceiling so it never did catch my daughter's attention. The projector is big and take a lot of space. Don't waste your money on this. I would recommend a different one with stars that move around the ceiling.

This product helps put my daughter at ease when getting ready for bed. Although I do wish it was a rotating projection lamp. It does its purpose very well.

I got this for my 9mo old and within minutes of putting batteries in it, the music sounded really sick, dont know if it was just a bad egg or what. The stars dont move at all so it never did catch my son's attention. I would recommend a different one with stars that move around the ceiling.

We received this as a gift. My son (7mos) likes to look at its stars and it keeps him focused-at least long enough so I can leave the room and he can fall asleep solo. Other reviews say that the negative is that the stars don't rotate. That is a negative-but it depends what you want out of the product. If you want it to calm your child at night to unwind, you probably don't want to distract them and delay doseing off by having stars bouncing around. With that in mind, the negative I find is that the music is too loud on this and there does not appear to be different volume option. Thus, I don't turn on the music. It probably would just delay him falling asleep. Buy it to soothe, not to entertain.
