This is not actually a toy--it is a collectors dream-My beautiful Granddaughter has collected Breyers for all of her 21+ years-She mentioned this one to me and I ordered it on Monday-and it arrived on Friday--She had seen it was unavalable at many sites--you can imagine her excitement when she opened the box-She immediately took a picture and emailed it to all her friends at the horse barn--It is one of the prettiest I have seen--Thank You so much for the rapid service, availability and Happiness you brought to her.

Among her diverse fan base are those of us who didn't get to see Zenyatta in person. We saw photos. We watched video replays of her races. We saw her on television, but we didn't get to be the one who hugged her, fed her carrots, or stroked her soft nose. For us, there is this lovely model as a remembrance of a beautiful, well conditioned and managed celebrity athlete who did not disappoint. Never betrayed anyone. Is deserving of our faith in her as an athlete and an inspirational champion. An icon she represents the eternal magic of horses. This is a beautiful model/replica. A collectible to be cherished for any horse lover--young to old.

Zenyatta is a one of a kind horse. Legendary. I've always liked this Breyer mold, but wished that they would have made a new one for her. This Seattle Slew mold was also used on Afleet Alex and did not represent him well. Now I see they are using the Smarty Jones mold on the new Secretariat. Secretariat needs a new one of kind mold also.

this is one of briers best horses. the coloring on her is amazing, she has gorgeous muscle toning, and i love her skinny legs. When i first opened the box i looked really closely and saw Dapples!!!!!!!!!! i love her dapples, they are so pretty, she is HUMONGOUS compared to my isadora-cruce and justa-dream models. this is a must buy for any model horse collector or horse lover.

Although it would have been better had Breyer designed a unique mold for this one of a kind mare, this sleek design does resemble Zenyatta well. My 11 year old loves Breyers and loves Zenyatta even more so this will be a collectible horse she will treasure for years to come. Breyer always makes exceptional quality horses and we feel good purchasing these to add to our daughter's collection.
