Great gift for a horse-loving almost 8 year old!Dec 30, 2011

My daughter has begun collecting Breyer horses (as I did when I was her age). I noticed that she would sometimes have her Barbie dolls riding the horses, and that didn't work out so well, because of the way Barbies are made. So, while browsing Amazon, I came across this Breyer doll, and I figured it would be a good fit for the model horses she received this Christmas. So far, so good! Great inexpensive present from Santa.

My granddaughter loved this item. She is collecting lots of Breyer's as she truly loves being around horses. This is a great item.

Firstly please make dolls that look like children one.Upon closer examination by grandchild it was discovered she obviously older.Teenager? adult???They are for the classic size and mainly children!!!But in saying that the doll stands well is ok and can hold bucket.The saddle stirrups are too short needed regluing to longer length otherwise her position can never ride properly.Bridle great and doll can still be a good addition to stable and will still ride tradional size.My grandaughter passed over the classic in favour of trad sizes (too small)and she's only 5.

Well i got this breyer toy for Christmas and i really thought it was great for a little bit, until today 1/25/12 she broke in half and then on, i am very sad so i am going to have to replace her. She is a great doll maybe the one i got just wasn't made right, i don't know all i know is you have to be careful with her. =D
