My son received this toy for Christmas. I was a little nervous at how much space it would take on his train table but it nicely fit in the middle of our other tracks setup. This is an interesting set and more challenging for the little ones due to the spiral ramp and the long ramp at the end, which my son loves. It's extremely durable and is easy to set up again and again if knocked over, which is rare but happens.
I'm surprised how well made it is and the longevity factor for playing. Our train table is definitely getting more mileage with the addition of this set.

This is a great addition to any existing Thomas track set-up. My 3-year-old grandson loves having elevated sections and anything that curves, so this is perfect. Attaches easily anywhere you want a little something different in the set-up without taking up significant space. The colorful "scenery" is a visual plus.

My 3year old grandson helped me put it together the first time. It is a little more difficult than flat tracks! But well worth it in play value. The battery powered trains need to have fresh batteries to make the steep incline but he loves to race his trains on this mountain track. Nice addition to his collection.

I just bought this for my son's 7th birthday. While he has outgrown the video watching stage of Thomas, he is still interested in track building. He was able to build this himself out of the box with no help from me, which was great. The pieces fit together well and don't come apart if jostled. It was nice being able to buy just this portion of the track (and not end up with a million extra pieces that I don't need)

this addition is pretty cool, but the circle and height are small compared to the picture. takes a little time to set up. also it's hard to move the trains around the lower section due to a wooden bar. the best part is getting to the top and going down fast.
i give it a B
