Polly Pockets are great little dolls for a little girl!Aug 27, 2010

My daughter loves Polly Pocket - she loves all the teeny tiny clothes, all the lofts and designables and all the tiny items they have (personally I wish they were bigger - but that wouldn't fit with the pocket aspect, but I'm just being a grown up!).

The dolls DO sit on chairs just as well as any Barbie does and the mix n match Mall and Courtyard items make a great gift as they don't cost much individually but all join together and this means different family members etc can buy a piece of it (co-ordinated by parent so no one buys the same thing!), and then it all joins together and some of it lights up.

I don't know about the other person's review, but from our perspective, these things are awesome imaginative fun!

If this is a new purchase for you . . .skip it. PP dolls do not stand on their own, (this is indicated on some packages but not all) and their legs don't bend so they don't sit at a table with chairs - even if it comes with one. Waste of money. The clothes don't stay on right, they tops are ill fitting and the shoes don't stay on unless they are boots. Find a better girl's toy - these are really bad.
