Fun, durable toyFeb 01, 2010
By C. Barnes I got this toy as a Christmas gift for my 20-month-old nephew, and he, his 3-year-old sister, and my 22-month-old son ended up fighting over who got to play with it. They were able to share though, since the work bench has a saw, hammer, screw driver, and vice grip to play with. They liked how the nuts and bolts lit up and pounding with the hammer was fun for them. The kids also got a kick out of sawing up and down in the bench's groove. This is a fun, fairly compact activity toy.
Tools are fantasticOct 17, 2011

My son uses the tools for all kinds of "projects" around the house. He hardly ever uses the workbench, but it makes some cute realistic hammering noises as well as cute songs. I like that I can turn it off too.
Not expectedNov 08, 2010
By Karen Backman My little girl loves to use screwdrivers. This toy was not clearly marked as being solidly connected. While some people might think that's a good thing, since the chance of losing pieces goes down, it doesn't allow her to simulate the parts of screwdriving that she loves, taking a piece and fitting it into the hole, then screwing it in and taking it out again. The only part she ever plays with is the screwdriver and not with the main part of the toy. I'd highly recommend other options.
Too SmallJun 06, 2010

So small. This toy looks bigger on the screen or at least appears that it's bigger for the price. That was the only thing I was disappointed in. My grandson (1 yr) loves it but it won't grow with him that much.
