Flying High!May 03, 2010

Our four-month old is finally starting to like this toy though he's been on it for over a month for short periods of time. Today he made a full circle, smiled the whole way, and was proud of himself. I really like that he feels comfortable on it, can touch down his hands and feet, and is off of the ground for tummy time. We have put the platform in various places to make him turn more. The mat beneath the platform is not very interactive for our little guy. I still recommend it.

The First Years Happy Flyer arrived quickly and I was pleased that it was very much like what it was pictured as. My daughter didn't care to be on her stomache but does spend more time now that she is on the Happy Flyer. I am pleased with this purchase.

I bought this for my son hoping it would make him like tummy time a bit more... We used it only a dozen times or so and now it's sort of obsolete. He always seemed to scoot himself down somehow and rest his chin on the chest plate, so I would have to pull him back into place over and over... He's much better at tummy time now, but we are trying to learn to roll over, so I don't use it very often.

Very cute but not worth the money I paid for it. There are nicer toys for this price that help much more with development.

This did nothing for my baby boy! He hated tummy time and hated this thing. 5 second was all it took before he screamed for out! I say you can go without this!
