Within the first hour of buying this product the second hand broke off and caused the hands not to turn.. was very flimsy and not well made. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you enjoy dissappointing your children!!!!!!

We bought the watch for our 8-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. It ran for about a month then stopped. I tried a new battery twice new but no luck. Cute wristbands, nice concept but the watch itself doesn't make the grade.

I purchased the Alex Watch for my 8 year old daughter as a gift from Santa. The watch face has a small round purple piece that sits in the center of the wathch face where the small and long hands are positioned. This piece came loose and is floating around the watch and jamming the hands. So, the watch hands cannot move forward. Frustrating and useless, since I cannot return it.

Second hand fell off before my daughter ever got to wear it. It's cute, but no good if it doesn't work!

My daughter received this watch as a birthday gift and loved it. She wore it once and the crystal cracked but the watch still worked. After reading the other reviews, I'm hesitant to buy a replacement watch. It doesn't seem to be durable enough for children.
