4Great for my 2 yr old learning colorsApr 27, 2010
By Caroline B. Vengazo "cbvengazo"
My 2 yr old and 3.5 yr old (who knows all her colors) loved this birthday present for the 2 yr old. They played with it for a while and were still engaged and entertained. The pieces are big and chunky and great for coordinating to the matching color on the sheets. Only problem is there were only enough color pieces for one picture so we had a lot of lessons on sharing so they could each complete their own picture at the same time. "Alex" should consider adding extra color buttons so multiple sheets can be completed at the same time - and allow for a few to get lost in the meantime.

5Nice activity for a 2 year oldOct 09, 2010
By MAC
My 2.5 year old son isn't really into table games or art stuff, but he likes Button Art, which combines the elements of the two. Button Art helps us work on color matching (by selecting buttons of the right color), numbers (by counting how many buttons of a certain color we need to complete the picture), fine motor skills (by picking buttons out of the bag and putting them into the slots), and language (by naming things in the pictures). Overall, a nice activity for a 2 year old. I am happy I bought it.

3Deceiving but funApr 20, 2011
By Ecstatic Executive "KC"
This was a gift for my daughter's birthday and we love it, but hate it. The good parts: pegs are very colorful, they are big enough to easily be put in and taken out by my 2 year old, and there are a good amount of colored templates for them to use. The down side, and it was a biggie in my house: the product comes with a "tray" to hold the pieces, and the top is supposed to keep those pieces inside the tray. However, it just comes off repeatedly, so we find ourselves constantly picking up the pegs all over the place. Subsequently, we have lost several of them. The product itself sparks a lot of creativity, just wish it came with a better case to keep all the pieces together. Kids fun, parents nightmare!

4Something small hands can do themselvesFeb 28, 2011
By Mia123
My daughter is almost three and I saw this. It only took her a few minutes to figure out to match the buttons up with the right colors. She loves it. It is inexpensive and there is only enough buttons for only one child to play at a time. The board mats are really thin...you just need to be a bit careful. Overall for the price it has been hours of entertainment for her.

This is the funnest toy we got for Christmas. I got it for my almost 3 year old and my 4 year old likes it as well. I highly recommend it.
