2Beware--DANGEROUS!Apr 18, 2011
By N. Alford
I am compelled to contact the company, because my 9 month old tore off one of the round end pieces (about the diameter of a nickle)--a huge choking hazard! I am bummed, because my son really enjoys holding these and gumming them; now I will have to only use them during diaper changes, when I can be fully supervising. On my own, I tried to see if they indeed can easily come off, and I simply pulled and wiggled one from side to side, and sure enough: a little rip developed.

5Way better than "Pop-Links"Mar 03, 2010
By CJ
I bought these along with the "Pops". The pops are very much like the classic toy, which are hard for toddlers to manipulate. The snaps however, are truly a first building toy for baby. I have thirteen-month-old boy/girl twins and they both enjoy their snaps. They are easy for them to put together and pull apart. They are also fun to put in and take out of the little bucket they come in. My two even enjoy carrying the lid around. They don't make a noise when you're putting them together or pulling them apart, but they do make for a colorful, molecule-looking chain. The individual pieces have little smiley faces on them although they are subtle. I am here to order more - we're still working on sharing!

4fun for toddlersNov 16, 2010
By Heather M "(a toddler's mommy)"
Bought these when my son was about 14 months old. I was looking for something simple and long-lasting, no flashing lights or too-loud music, and this seemed to fit the bill. Three months later, he still enjoys playing with these snap-together shapes, though he hasn't quite figured out how to link them on purpose, so they occasionally frustrate him. However, if I link several together, he enjoys pulling them apart. He's also happy just gnawing on one of the ends to soothe his aching gums. It all adds up to fun for him. I think that once he can snap them together with regularity, he'll enjoy them even more.

2not strong enough plasticNov 25, 2010
By charlie
My one year old twins love this but they have bitten through the round parts in one day. This toy is for one year old children but it should be made of a sturdier plastic.

Both my 2-year and 10-month old love this toy. It's easy for their little hands to grasp. The attractive color and various combinations are the endless fun.
