5Here's looking at you, kid!!!Oct 27, 2010

Great quality. Perfect size-not too big and definitely not small. The arms and legs have crinkle material in them that not only does it attract the baby's attention but the cat's too! Our 5 month old loves to look at himself. We put him in his jumperoo and sit the mirror on our coffee table and he just babbles away while gazing into it. It fits great on his lap so that he can tap away at it. Cleans in seconds. You can also attach it inside the crib but our crib is just too thick...took us quite some time to even find a mobile that would fit. I love Alex products and would recommend them to ALL! A must have toy!

4Perfect crib mirrorNov 09, 2011

I purchased this as a crib toy for my 6 month old daughter. She's been pretty unhappy in her crib, so I was trying to find some good distractions. This mirror has been a hit! Like most babies she loves looking at herself, but I just couldnt find a mirror that I liked. Most of the floor mirrors topple easily and aren't great quality. I wanted something that would last awhile and could easily go from floor to crib. This is a very well constructed mirror that's quite a bit heavier than a typical baby mirror. There are beans at the bottom of the mirror that help it stand upright and while it wont stand up to excited little hands, it does stay up quite a bit longer than the mirrors that are balanced on a thin piece of cardboard. In the crib, I'm able to use the velcro attachment to connect it to the crib bumper. This enables her to look at herself while still being able to chew on the plush legs. When she uses it on the floor, she doesnt quite have enough coordination to hold it and look at herself so she ends up chewing on the legs or the little strands of "hair." I definitely see it lasting longer than a standard baby mirror since it's a bit more interactive. The fabric on the toy is soft and well constructed. The mirror definitely has some funhouse qualities to it, but since it isn't an actual mirror I expected that. There is a thin fabric border around the mirror which makes it very easy to clean and prevents any grime from getting in tiny crevices.

Well made toy but nothing more than a fancy baby safe mirror. My daughter didn't like this toy that much. You can't really wash it either because the faux-mirror gets ruined.
